Studio Design

  Studio Back Beat is a design of Owner and Engineer Yoshi Takemi. Although the main exterior of the building is constructed from wood materials, the main control room and studio booth have been encased in concrete.

 

Atmosphere

 Studio Back Beat was designed with a relaxing atmosphere in mind to insure our clients are able to record with a free and relaxed feeling--unlike most large studios.

 

Why are we able to provide low rates?

  Studio Back Beat is constructed in a house structure which allows for low priced monthly bills and utlities, which allows us to cuts costs. In addition, we provide two engineers with a vast amount of experience, who wish to share their experience with all artists who are in need of professional quality service at resonable rates.

 

Parking

  Studio Back Beat is equipped with two parking spaces for clients use at no charge.

 

Recording Booth

  Studio Back Beat's recording booth is 15' (Long) x 13' (Wide) facilitating both vocal and instrument recordings, including drums. The Ceiling height is 10' high, allowing for a great accoustic sound quality.

 

Food and Drink

  Food and Drinks(alcohol is OK) are permitted in the control room; however, only drinks with tops are permitted in the recording booth.

 

Shoes

  In keeping with Japanese tradition, shoes are not allowing in the control room or recording booth--slippers are provided at teh entrance door.

       NOTE: Drummers who must wear shoes to perform,
          shoes will be allowed during drum recording only.

 

Location

  Located approximately 3 minutes walking distance from Kinugasa Train Staion, and there are many shops, eating establishments and convinience stores nearby.
